Prices:
Price of fishs is always mentioned per one. Discount is providing according to the number of ordered fishs.
Offer:
Actual numbers and prices of offered fishs we like to send you every Sunday evening for the next week on your e-mail.
Minimal order:
400-600 € (depends on your destination)
Delivery:
always in the week after you ordered, by our own cars
Transport charges:
depends on your destination, please contact us
Boxes:
polystyrene boxes (60x40x40 cm), if you will give them back to us = no charges, if you will not give them back to us = 5-7€/box
Guarantee:
We guarantee to you that the animals arrived to your place alive and healthy!
Reclamation:
- At transmission animals by train, eventually near delivery our cars reclamation relate only on deaths, eventually damage, postneuritic at transportation.
- In case of damage animals are necessary inform us after unpacked dispatches by telephone or e-mail. We also need to take photograph mapping damage animals.
- At personal takeover is necessary animal properly seen through and if any possibly damage you need to immediately inform us.
- On later reclamation that can be incurred inconveniently handling, breeding in unfit conditions and next factors that we cannot influence, we won't harrow respect!!!
